Bev came to Davis & Amaral Mortgage Consultants, Inc. from a long history of office management and underwriting on the wholesale level. She is very adapt in watching for potential red flags that an underwriter would catch and possibly suspend the file. By seeing these first off and correcting them before they go to the underwriter she is able to prevent substantial hang ups that would slow the loan process down.
